• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the Accounting Team mainly inventory related such as accounting transactions, inventory costing, inventory physical inspection
• Review month-end and year-end closing to ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness
• Review accounts reconciliation for month-end closing and year-end closing
• Prepare inventory reports, including outstanding inventory valuation by location, inventory costing variance analysis
• Review and analyze Purchase Price Variance (PPV), Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), and margin visibility to support management decision-making
• Net Realizable Value (NRV) analysis and identify excess, obsolete, or slow-moving stock exposures
• Oversee the cycle count program
• Collaborate with other departments, including purchasing and warehouse to optimize inventory procedures and ensure the work procedures are in place
• Implementing to team in terms of knowledge to meet the finance and accounting standard requirements
• Ensuring that the financial and accounting process aligns with Thai Financial Reporting Standards, taxes, and the relevant rules & regulations
• Design efficient and effective workflow, process including internal controls and relevant reports by establishing proper accounting methods, policies, and procedures
• Initiating continuous process improvement or other duties as assigned
• Liaise with external auditor to ensure compliance with regulations

✅ คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting
• At least 6 years of experience in accounting function and 2 years of experience in Manager and/or Controller roles
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, related laws and regulations, especially related to taxes, and internal control
• Good command of English
• Experience in ERP, especially in Microsoft Dynamic, and/or external audit will be an advantage
• Good analytical skills, problem-solving skills and a good attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Leadership and people management skills
• Good presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurately
• CPD license will be an advantage
