- Contact existing clients to maintain long-term relationships and increase customer engagement.
- Follow up with clients regarding their trading activities and platform usage.
- Encourage clients to continue using the company's online trading platform through excellent customer relationship management.
- Achieve individual retention, reactivation, and sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Reactivate inactive clients and encourage increased platform engagement.
- Monitor customer activity and identify opportunities for retention and account growth.
- Ensure all communications comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Achieve monthly retention, sales, and revenue targets.
- Have CFD's experience.
