Cyber Security Engineer (Outsource)

Responsibilities:
• Perform network maintenance and system upgrades, including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations.
• Review, analyze, and optimize firewall and security device policies on a regular basis.
• Review and enhance data protection mechanisms, including Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and security policies.
• Support vulnerability remediation activities related to network and infrastructure security.
• Perform or coordinate regular vulnerability assessments and security scans.
• Analyze vulnerability scan results, assess risks, and identify remediation priorities.
• Ensure all changes to network infrastructure follow established configuration and change management policies, including proper approval and documentation.
• Operate and manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools to secure, manage, and monitor privileged accounts and sessions.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce security policies and procedures in collaboration with the company’s security team.
• Liaise with vendors and internal IT teams to investigate issues and resolve security-related problems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Cyber Security, or a related field.
• Experience in Cyber Security, Network Security, or Infrastructure Security roles.
• Strong knowledge of firewalls, security devices, security policies, and vulnerability management.
• Hands-on experience with vulnerability scanning tools, PAM solutions, and security configurations.
• Knowledge of enterprise change management and security best practices.
• Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Security certifications such as CEH, Security+, CISSP, CCNA Security, or related certifications are an advantage.
