Network Engineer (Outsource)

Responsibilities:
• Perform network operations and changes, including Add / Replace / Change / Analyze activities within the network environment.
• Design, manage, and support VLANs, IP addressing, subnetting, routing, and network segmentation to ensure efficient and secure connectivity.
• Maintain network device configuration backups and ensure proper version control for all network equipment.
• Perform network connectivity and performance troubleshooting, identifying root causes and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure network configurations comply with security, operational, and company standards.
• Support network design and re-design activities for new and existing environments.
• Review existing network architecture and provide recommendations for improvement, optimization, and scalability.
• Assist in capacity planning and network performance optimization to support business growth and service reliability.
• Coordinate with vendors and/or product owners in cases of hardware failure or network infrastructure issues.
• Prepare and submit monthly network performance and operation reports to stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Network Engineer or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN, VLAN, IP addressing, subnetting, and routing protocols.
• Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting and performance analysis.
• Familiarity with network configuration standards, security best practices, and documentation.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and support teams for hardware and network-related incidents.
• Ability to analyze existing network designs and propose effective improvements.
• Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Network certifications (e.g., CCNA / CCNP) are a plus.
