- Planning purchase quantity to meet demand forecast 
- Stock Allocation to meet demand in store 
- Ensure to meet target sales and minimize/maintain slow-moving stock. 
- In charge of monitoring product status and coordinating with other departments 
- Responsible for preparing reports on supplier’s performance related to supply chain 
- Undertake special assignments relating to the supply chain as requested 
- Monitor all key functions KPI in the warehouse to ensure that KPI is achieved and within the timeline
- Understand full cycle of supply chain planning
- Analyze cash flow within the supply chain, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize cash flow.
- Oversee the development and implement comprehensive inventory management strategies to align with business goals and commercial plans
- Collaborate with multiple teams to analyze data, market trends, and demand forecasts for optimal stock levels while minimizing carrying costs

Requirements 

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering or related fields (Master’s Degree is a plus) 
- Experience in Retail, Supply Chain, or related fields 2-5 years
- Demonstrated ability to drive cost efficiency initiatives
- Good command of English especially reading and writing 
- Proficient in SQL is highly prefer
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel 
- Excellence thinking process
