ไม่รวมค่าคอมมิชชั่นResponsibilities: • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Event Officers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of fundraising events. • Develop and implement comprehensive event strategies aligned with UNICEF's fundraising goals and mission. • Identify and secure suitable event venues that align with the organization's vision and budgetary requirements. • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including the fundraising team, marketing, and communications, to coordinate seamless event execution and messaging. • Negotiate contracts with vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality of services for events. • Oversee event logistics, including scheduling, staffing, and on-site coordination. • Explore new event sites with good strategy including maintain relationships with existing partners. • Monitor and evaluate the success of events, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event management to enhance UNICEF's fundraising events. • Collect data and analyze event sites to achieve the target
