• Support the introduction of existing and new active or passive optics products into manufacturing. 
• Generate and maintain documentation related to assembly processes, tooling and safety and ensures designs, documents, and procedures have been validated in manufacturing prior to production release.
• Manage process development and improvements, ensure the accomplishment of the production plan. 
• Provide technical support for the qualification and validation of new process equipment and processes.
• Identify and implement new technologies for process continuous improvement
• Investigate and fix root cause of line excursions related to process, tooling and / or components.
• Responsible for the continuous improvements of processes.
• To monitor and report yield achievement and losses to internal and external customer.
• To analyze process, yield losses and initiate counter measures for improvement.
• To manage non-conformance control in manufacturing line.
• To analyze statistical data of process capability and initiate counter measures for improvement.
• Responsible for Measurement & Equipment Calibration. Plan and control the company's measuring instruments and Equipment to be consistent and accurate according to the quality system. Coordinate with outside Calibration laboratory regarding the calibration of measuring instruments.
