Test Engineerด่วน

• Support NPI and existing active and passive optics products. 
• Generate and maintain documentation related to tests, tooling and safety. Ensures designs, documents, and test procedures have been thoroughly validated prior to implementation and or release to production.
• Sustain test process and conceptualize improvements where necessary.
• Monitor Test Yield for further improvements.
• Analyze and formulate solutions to problems 
• Support and ensure smooth execution of production plan. 
• Provide technical support for the qualification and validation of new equipment and processes.
• Ensure smooth running and responsive relationships are initiated and maintained with customers and suppliers
• Write and perform Test Program Qualification Protocols and Reports based on internal/customer expectations
• Ensure that activities are carried out in compliance with established quality control policies/work instructions
• Facilitate continuous improvement & cost reduction projects.
• Provide technical knowledge on products/ test issues.
• Monitor Technicians.
