1.POS System & Technical Support Provide technical support for POS systems at both the head office and branch locations. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure minimal disruption to daily operations. 2.System Installation & Maintenance Install, configure, and test POS systems and related equipment, including computers, receipt printers, barcode scanners, and network devices, for new store openings and existing branches requiring system upgrades. 3.User Support & Training Provide guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and training to head office and branch staff to ensure proper and efficient use of IT systems and POS applications. 4.System Improvement & IT Operations Support Support front-of-store IT operations and contribute to the development or enhancement of tools and systems to improve operational efficiency and overall performance. 5.IT Asset & Procurement Management Manage the procurement of IT equipment and computer hardware. Oversee asset control processes, including equipment issuance and returns, and maintain accurate asset records. 6.Reporting & Coordination Prepare regular reports on operational performance, technical issues, and solutions for management review. Coordinate with internal teams and relevant stakeholders to ensure IT systems operate smoothly and efficiently.
1.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. 2.Minimum 1–2 years of experience in installing and maintaining POS systems (e.g., FoodStory POS) and IT equipment. 3.Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills. 4.Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical knowledge to end users. 5.Able to travel and work on-site at branch locations as required. 6.Highly responsible and able to work effectively under pressure. 7.Candidates with their own vehicle will be given special consideration.
