1.Customer Reception & Service Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner, provide initial information about the shop’s services, and ensure a positive first impression to enhance the overall customer experience. 2.Booking Management Manage appointment schedules and coordinate between customers and therapists to ensure smooth operations and timely service. Follow up and confirm bookings as necessary. 3.Service Presentation & Consultation Introduce and recommend massage packages and programs to customers. Clearly explain service details, procedures, pricing, and promotions to help customers select the most suitable options. 4.Front Desk Maintenance Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area. Ensure all necessary documents, materials, and equipment are properly prepared for daily operations. 5.Administrative & Support Duties Handle payment processing, issue receipts, prepare basic sales reports, and perform other assigned tasks to support efficient shop operations.
1.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Age not over 35 years old. 2.Well-presented, service-minded, and possesses strong communication skills. 3.Ability to communicate in English will be an advantage. 4.Experience in Reception or Spa operations will be an advantage. 5.Able to work in shifts. 6.Candidates who are available to start immediately will be given special consideration.
