Production Engineer/ Design Engineer

We are looking for flexible, knowledgeable and hardworking candidates to help us further develop our manufacturing company in the realms of:
• Production Methods & Processes
• Design (Making phase drawing by Solidworks or OnShape)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Production Engineer 2 positions
• Participate in engineering team discussions to continually improve processes
• Plan and implement processes correctly based on best practice principles of each field
• Assess weaknesses in current processes and suggest improvements (methods and tools)
• Share ideas with the team, and not be afraid to speak with concerned people also the management
• Lead production teams when needed
• Submit/present project reports to the management and engineering team
Design Engineer 2 positions
• Use design software to develop models and drawings of our products to achieve standards and clients' requirements. Also support in Jig/ Fixture design if needed.
• Develop test prototypes with the Production team
• Supervise the manufacturing process of all designs
• Troubleshoot all activity design issues
• Coordinate with other engineers, management, and the production departments

• Bachelor of Engineering or Science in Industrial or Mechanical or related field required - New graduate are welcome
• Demonstrated ability to work in a results-oriented, challenging environment.
• Reading engineering drawing and Using basic dimensional measuring tools
• Analytical, Critical-thinking and Project management skills
• Independent, Drive and Able to work without supervision
• Troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Basic working proficiency in English would be an advantage
• Trained in (not required but a plus) ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, ISO14001 : 2015, ISO 45001:2018
• Trained in (not required but a plus) FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA and Control Plan
