1.Develop CRM strategies across Member systems, LINE OA, and E-mail Marketing.

2.Create segmentation and customer journeys to drive repeat purchases.

3.Analyze data and present actionable insights.

4.Write customer communication messages tailored to each segment.

5.Coordinate with Creative and IT teams to enhance the Member system.

6.Create content independently and provide clear briefs to the graphic team.

1.Minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM, Retention, or Loyalty Program.

2.Proficient in tools such as LINE OA Broadcast, Klaviyo, or other CRM tools.

3.Strong understanding of data-driven marketing.
