About the role As a Senior Digital Marketing at JSW Asset Co., Ltd.', you will play a crucial role in driving the brand strategy and execution for our diverse Korean cosmetics and skincare products. Based in Chatuchak, Bangkok, this full-time position will see you shaping the public perception and positioning of our brand through innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives. What you'll be doing - Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to effectively promote the JSW Asset Co., Ltd.' brand across multiple channels - Oversee the creation of compelling brand content, including digital assets, advertising, events, and other marketing materials - Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to inform brand strategy and decision-making - Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as sales, product, and communications to ensure brand consistency - Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, optimising efforts to drive maximum impact - Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals to deliver best-in-class brand management What we're looking for - Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, preferably within cosmetic and skincare industry - Proven track record in developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns - Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into impactful brand strategies - Strong creativity and an eye for design, with the ability to oversee the production of high-quality marketing assets - Proficient in data analysis and performance reporting to measure and optimise marketing efforts - Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally - Postgraduate qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred What we offer At JSW Asset Co., Ltd.', we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience.
