Sales Coordinator and Support

About the Role 
We’re looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to join our fast-growing technology and engineering solutions team. The ideal candidate is passionate about innovation, learns quickly and independently, and can work effectively under pressure and time constraints in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Coordinate between Sales, Technical, and Project teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
• Support the sales team in preparing presentations, sales documents, and technical information.
• Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, contracts, and purchase orders through the ERP system.
• Compare supplier pricing to support purchasing decisions and obtain the best cost options.
• Proactively identify and follow up on new sales opportunities through customer databases.
• Compile and analyze sales data and reports for management review.

• Male or Female, age 25–35 years old
• Diploma / bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in sales-co of IT / tech / engineering/Hotel preferred.
• Fast learner and multitasking skills with strong interest in technology and innovation
• Positive, detail-oriented, and passionate about new technologies and trends.
