• Assist in store fixture installation and ensure proper alignment with layout plans.
• Receive and organize incoming products according to category and planogram.
• Support merchandising and product display based on basic planogram/VM guidelines.
• Ensure store setup completion within schedule and quality standards.
• Work closely with Store Operation, VM, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth setup flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and order during the setup process.
• Be flexible to travel or relocate temporarily for new store projects.
• Perform other tasks as assigned related to store preparation and setup.

• Vocational Certificate or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Experience in retail setup, warehouse, or merchandising is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of planogram and visual merchandising.
• Fast learner, hands-on, and team-oriented.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexible, willing to travel or work extended hours when required.
