Engineering Manager / Technical Lead

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and Mentor: Lead a team of IT Engineers and Senior Engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical direction to ensure high performance and career growth.

• Team Management: Oversee project assignments, manage workloads, and ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Technical Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert and provide hands-on support to the team in complex technical matters related to Cybersecurity, AI, Network, System, HCI, Backup, and Cloud.

• Solution Architecture: Collaborate with senior management and sales teams to develop strategic technical solutions that meet business goals and client needs.

• Process Improvement: Develop and implement best practices, workflows, and quality assurance processes to enhance team efficiency and productivity.

• Problem-Solving: Take the lead in resolving critical technical challenges and escalations from clients.

• Talent Development: Participate in the recruitment and training of new team members to build and maintain a strong, skilled engineering team.
