Trainer

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Telesales Trainer to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-impact training programs to telesales representatives, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed. This role is critical in driving team performance, improving customer interactions, and meeting business goals.

- Design, develop, and deliver telesales training programs for new hires and existing staff.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify performance gaps and develop targeted learning solutions.
- Coach and mentor telesales agents on sales techniques, product knowledge, and soft skills.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, role plays, and feedback sessions.
- Collaborate with operations and quality teams to align training content with business objectives.
- Maintain training records, provide progress reports, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, customer service standards, and sales best practices.

Requirements:
- Bacehlor's degree in any field. 
- Native Thai with English proficiency.
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in delivering training, preferably in a telesales or BPO environment.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on telemarketing experience.
- Proven ability to train, coach, and motivate individuals and teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with digital training platforms.
- Able to join immediately or on short notice.
