Job Title: Partnership Sales Manager Location: Bangkok, Thailand (preferred) / Remote Type: Contract or Full-Time Start Date: Immediate Reports To: Executive Director (Founder) About Crucible Fitness Games Crucible is Southeast Asia’s next major fitness event brand — a bold, high-performance competition designed for the modern athlete. It blends structured functional fitness testing with immersive festival-style energy. Our mission is to redefine the standard of mass participation sports in Asia and become the go-to fitness experience for athletes, spectators, and sponsors alike. We are launching with a major influencer event in July 2025 and our first ticketed public event in October 2025. Backed by a strong founding team and high-profile advisors, Crucible is now hiring a Partnership Sales Manager to drive commercial success through powerful brand collaborations and sponsorships. Role Summary We are looking for a proactive, commercially savvy, and connected Partnership Sales Manager to lead Crucible’s sponsorship and partnership efforts. You will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing high-value commercial partnerships across fitness, lifestyle, F&B, apparel, travel, tech, and wellness sectors. You’ll work closely with the Founder and Marketing team to build a compelling partner ecosystem and ensure Crucible becomes a household name through aligned brand collaborations.
Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management Develop and execute a strategic partnerships sales plan to meet commercial revenue targets. Build a robust pipeline of sponsor leads and maintain accurate tracking through CRM or reporting tools. Prospecting & Outreach Identify and pursue sponsorship opportunities with regional and global brands that align with Crucible’s vision. Proactively reach out to brands, agencies, and media partners to initiate conversations and set meetings. Pitching & Closing Deals Build custom pitch decks, packages, and proposals tailored to partner objectives. Lead sales calls, negotiations, and contracts through to deal close. Account Management Manage partner relationships post-signing, ensuring deliverables are met and value is delivered. Coordinate internally with marketing, operations, and media teams to deliver on sponsorship activations. Collaboration & Growth Contribute to brand strategy, pricing, and value creation across Crucible offerings. Work with the design and content team to package assets and case studies that help close deals. Required Skills & Experience Speak both Thai and English. 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, sponsorship, or partnerships — ideally in events, fitness, media, or lifestyle brands. Proven ability to close mid- to high-value sponsorship deals ($10K–$200K+). Strong communication, pitching, and relationship-building skills. Entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple deals and timelines. Bonus: Existing network across sports, wellness, consumer brands, or agencies in Southeast Asia.
