Supply Chain Operations

Responsibilities:
• Execute the process of procurement, including day-to-day order fulfillment , creating and issuing PO (products & transportation) in the CRM program, and following up the order delivered to customers. 
• Optimize purchasing and delivery costs.
• Support and collaborate closely with internal departments ( customer services, sales, and accounting) to ensure processes align with organizational goals.
• Contact customers and make follow-up to confirm orders & delivery dates.
• Coordinate with suppliers to smoothen the delivery process.
• Handle any issues and initiate the best or most practices/solutions to meet customer expectations.
• Negotiate with existing suppliers , explore new suppliers for best cost in product purchase and maintain long-lasting relationships with them.
• Establishing and maintaining positive & proactive relationships with vendor and customers.
• Support and operate all other projects or tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration or a related field
• New grads are welcome. 0-3 years of work experience in any related fields.
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
• Have strong negotiation skills.
• Have great communication skills.
• Open-minded and listen to the other people's feedback.
