Marketing Strategy 1. Conduct in-depth market sizing initiatives, perform strategic competitor analysis, and execute data-driven customer segmentation to uncover growth opportunities and drive market expansion. 2. Leverage customer data insights to inform segmentation strategies, optimize marketing campaigns, and improve the overall customer experience, driving long-term customer loyalty and lifetime value. - Develop and execute ROI-driven marketing events with a focus on expanding the customer base and increase in sale growth at least 30% per business unit per year. 3. Define overall Brand & Marketing strategy for Thailand with clear Communication Plans- through Traditional, Digital & Social (Influencers) platforms Plan and execute communication strategies between the brand and customers across each sales channel, identify new market opportunities with key target customer groups and all media outlets, and implement projects to support campaigns and promotional activities. - Lead B2B marketing initiatives, ensuring an integrated approach across various channels including digital, events, and sales enablement. 4. Responsible for establishing a clear and consistent brand image for SMITH across all channels. - Define, formulate, and strategize media investments for the Thailand market to ensure impactful brand visibility across Traditional Media, Digital Platforms, and Social Channels (including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Influencer Marketing). - Develop a performance-oriented digital strategy that drives high-quality, relevant traffic to online platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable marketing outcomes. - Website : Repeat Visits to Smith Site, Extended Time spent on Site 5. Manage the marketing and promotional budgets (A&P Budgets) efficiently to maximize brand awareness. 6. Drive strategic partnerships or collaborations with various allies to enhance brand relevance and appeal in the eyes of consumers. 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Commercial Excellence leaders, to design and effectively implement go-to-market strategies. 8. Engage and develop a clear influencer strategy (including Media Trips, PR Seeding, and Gifting) tailored for the Thailand market to maximize brand buzz and visibility across key social media platforms. 9. Develop a robust LINE strategy for the Thailand market, with a strong focus on enhancing brand desirability and deepening consumer engagement. Sales 1. Skilled in driving Commercial Excellence by aligning marketing strategies with sales goals, optimizing the sales pipeline, and improving lead-to-revenue conversion. - Proven ability to implement systems and tools for monitoring KPIs, driving continuous improvement in marketing and sales operations. - Coordinate with all relevant departments to increase job efficiency and effectiveness, as well as sales performance. 2. Ecommerce: Conversion to Online Sales 3. Develop and execute BTL (Below the Line) trade marketing strategies that drive consumer engagement and increase sell-out performance. - Plan and manage in-store activations, promotions, sampling activities, and product visibility initiatives. - Collaborate with sales teams and retail partners to ensure execution excellence at the point of sale. - Coordinate with agencies and suppliers for POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials) production and deployment. - Monitor and analyze campaign effectiveness, ROI, and shopper behavior for continuous improvement. - Support the launch of new products by aligning trade campaigns with brand objectives and sales targets Requirements 1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred. 2. Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or communications. 3. Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and influencer marketing. 4. Strong background in Below The Line (BTL) marketing strategies. 5. Strong understanding of the Thai market and consumer behavior. 6. Ability to analyze data and optimize marketing strategies based on KPIs and ROI. 7. Proficiency in digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LINE) and CRM systems. 8. Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills. 9. Proven experience driving significant growth and ROI in a competitive market.
