Safety Officer

Job Scope
1. Monitors HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulatory compliance within the account. Communicates all findings, concerns, and deficiencies to the responsible managers to effect timely and necessary corrections.
2. Implements HSE programs and initiatives to meet regulatory requirements
3. Monitors, investigate, and report injury, illness, and incident and propose corrective and preventive actions
4. Provides HSE training for all employee and contractor and ensure safety standards and regulations are applied
5. Conducts HSE risk assessment and propose preventive protocols to management
6. Ensure that PPE is appropriate, and efficiency provides to work floor in according to operational activity including monthly PPE request and issue in timeframe
7. Monthly inspection of Fire Extinguisher (FT and Building) and Fire Equipment to ensure that fire equipment is good condition
8. Inspects equipment and work activity regularly.
9. Approve work permit and ensure that working activity is in control condition
10. Have knowledge in ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001
11. Collect waste (general and hazard), monitor, and record waste collection in regular periodand compliance with Amata Facility regulations.
12. Initiate, monitor, and follow up of site's safety performance to achieving the zero-accident campaign target and other company campaign including the award proposal
13. Ensure HSE compliance with Thai law and regulations
14. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Bachelor's Degree in Public Health Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science or Related Fields
2. Hold Safety Professional Officer license
3. Strong experience on Law and regulation compliance
4. Play critical role of leadership to influent and engage all leaders
5. Experienced in manufacturing
6. Minimum experience 3 year is preferred
7. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues.
