- Conduct engaging product demos to highlight the value of the product for prospective customers. - Onboard new partners and customers and ensure that they are satisfied with our products and services. - Be in regular contact with customers to assess their satisfaction, address concerns, gather feedback, and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities. - Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation. - Coordinate with customer support and product teams to resolve any technical challenges experienced by customers and partners - Be responsible for the recurring revenue, collaborate with billing departments to ensure accurate invoicing and timely revenue streams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field - 2-5 years of Sales and Account management experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with conversational AI or related technologies is a plus - Results-driven attitude.
