Project Management Associate (Transformation Team)

Join us as a Project Management Associate working closely with cross-functional teams and the Management Team to drive key projects shaping our business development. - Drive project progress by supporting owners in tracking timelines, pushing teams to meet deadlines, and proactively identifying and resolving risks and blockers to ensure smooth delivery.
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather data, track progress, and align on project goals, timelines, and updates.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, adapt to changing priorities, and support teams in navigating transformation challenges with agility.
- Collect data, prepare insightful dashboards and reports to support management, and provide administrative and operational support as needed.
- Support Head of Transformation with administrative tasks such as managing to-dos, tracking actions, and updating risk and issue logs.

- Bachelor's degree in any field (e.g., Business, Economics, or related)
- Fresh graduates with a result-driven mindset are welcome.
- 0–2 years experience in project management, project coordination, data analysis, or business support roles.
- Strong time management, organizational, multitasking, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into structured, actionable insights and communicate them clearly to support strategic decision-making.
- Proactive problem solver with ownership mentality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas); experience with VBA, Google App Script, or Looker Studio is a strong plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to contribute to real business transformation.

Monday - Friday 8.00 - 17.00 
Saturday 8.00 - 12.00
