Creative Production Coordinator

As a Creative Production Coordinator at Placed.au, you will play a pivotal role in leading the creation of captivating storyboards and managing pre-production workflows for videos, vlogs, and other creative projects. If you have a strong eye for storytelling, excellent editing skills, experience with pre-production processes, and the ability to manage teams and multiple projects seamlessly, we want to hear from you! 

What You'll Do:

Manage a team of editors to ensure smooth execution of projects, both for internal and external initiatives. 
Create compelling storyboards for video projects for both internal and external projects. 
Write or revise scripts as needed, with the option to leverage AI tools to streamline the process.
Oversee the pre-production process, from setting timelines for production, filming, and editing to ensuring smooth project coordination.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align video concepts with project goals.
Provide hands-on editing support when needed and guide the team on best practises. 
Ensure all storyboards meet creative standards and are aligned with the client’s or internal objectives.
Manage project schedules and deadlines to ensure seamless project delivery. 
Gather feedback from stakeholders and make necessary refinements as needed.
Research and recommend filming locations that align with projects. 
Liaise with locations and relevant authorities to secure approvals and permissions for filming whenever needed.


Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Communication or relevant field. 
2 years of proven relevant experience.
Must have a TOEIC score of 750 or above.
Must have excellent English skills, both written and verbal. 
A demonstrated experience as a cameraman/editor showcasing creativity and technical skill.
Proficiency in operating various cameras and expertise in video editing software.
Ability to think creatively and contribute fresh ideas to enhance storytelling.
Precision in both shooting and editing, ensuring the highest quality work.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills. 
Strong eye for detail.
A comprehensive portfolio illustrating cinematography and editing expertise. 
Must be willing to work in Asoke (Soi 21), 5 days a week, between 8 am to 5 pm.
