Overview: We are seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Assistant Manager / Manager with a strong focus on customer acquisition in the Online Gaming / iGaming / Sportsbook entertainment industry. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in creating and executing strategies to attract new players through branding activities, content strategies, live streaming campaigns, and multi-channel engagement. This role requires managing both strategy and execution, as well as supervising a shared service team of graphic designers and social media admins.
Brand Awareness & Acquisition: Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract new players, and increase engagement across Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, and YouTube. Live Streaming Campaigns: Plan and manage live streaming events to acquire and retain users, especially in the iGaming / Sportsbook entertainment sectors. Advertising Execution: Run and optimize social media ads according to the monthly brand roadmap and allocated budget and explore new platforms for acquisition opportunities. Content Strategy: Oversee content ideation, calendar planning, and implementation to ensure alignment with brand tone and compliance to avoid account bans. Market Research: Analyze market trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to identify new acquisition opportunities. Performance Analysis: Track and analyze KPIs for campaigns, prepare reports, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Team Management: Supervise and coordinate with graphic design and social media admin teams (shared services) to ensure timely and high-quality outputs. Compliance: Monitor and maintain compliance with platform guidelines to prevent account restrictions or bans. Customer Engagement: Respond to and manage customer inquiries across social channels. Requirements: Proven experience minimum 2 years in social media marketing within the iGaming/Sportsbook entertainment industry. Demonstrated track record in acquisition campaigns and measurable user growth. Strong knowledge and understanding of platform algorithms and compliance strategies, and live streaming strategies for engagement and player acquisition. Solid analytical skills to interpret data and optimize performance with familiarity with analytics tools (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).. Experience managing cross-functional teams.
