Job Responsibilities: 1 Manage and handle the product’s quality, feedback from the customers and analyze the quality issues from the customer feedback and RMA 2 Responsible for the customer audits and lead the customer complaints investigation 3 Be a part of the Customer Focused Team for the continuous improvement 4 Identify the root cause and ensure that the CAPA are taken properly and effectively implemented on a timely manner 5 Review the quality matrix and compliance indicators 6 Review and verify the Purge Notification for raw material, WIP & FG 7 Verify and approve the specification criteria, instruction, tooling for QA inspection 8 Verify and approve the 8D Report for customer complaints 9 Responsible for the safety components audit(UL,CSA,TUV and Others) Review , Release and/or update the quality related procedures
1. Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Sciences. 2. Experience 3-5 years or above in electronics industrial is an advantage. 3. Good communication in English skill, both verbal and written are required. 4. Advance computer skill using Microsoft Office , Google drive , Google sheet etc..
