Entelech, a dynamic international digital agency based in Bangkok, is looking for an energetic and organised Executive Secretary to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity for a professional or fresh graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in a business environment that interacts with both local and international stakeholders. Company Secretary Duties: - Provide comprehensive administrative support to the company directors, including but not limited to handling personal matters, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence. - Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, drafting documents, and managing records. - Support the HR department and accountant by coordinating and executing various tasks as needed. - Ensure the office is well-stocked and maintain inventory of office supplies, placing orders as necessary. - Prepare meeting rooms and arrange necessary equipment or refreshments for meetings and presentations. - Handle confidential documents and information with discretion and integrity. - General administration and office tasks as required.
