Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

1. To control the operation plan of the quality control section for support delivery plan following customer requirements.
2. To control the quality of product IPQC, In process-Final, OQC follows Inspection Standard
3. To control nonconforming products for corrective and preventive
4. Establish WI, inspection standard, inspection form, quality point, and necessary information for the quality control section.
5. Present work, KPI, ideas, problems, and solutions for improvement to Manager
6. Work with team and apply Quality assurance methods to increase customer satisfaction and drive continual.
7. Improvement through the production process.
8. Awareness of policy from the management and coordination with stakeholders in order to achieve the goal.
9. To control subordinates to operate compliance assignments and training for upskilling inappropriately.
10. To control measuring equipment to pass through the calibration or verification follow standards to preserve accuracy and precision of measuring equipment to use effectiveness also ensure that it passes through criteria of Institutions certified by national or international standards.
11. 
Manage when customer complaints and nonconforming are happening and monitor the effectiveness.
Working as following the assignment.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Science, or equivalent experience
2. QC, QA for Industrial/ Manufacturing, there is QC 7 Tools skill, SPC, Equipment control & calibration
Measuring small tools, Issuing inspection reports,
3. 8D / Why Why analyse course, Uncertainty of measuring equipment, ISO 9001, ISO 13485
4. Effective communication skills in English.
