Responsibility
1.Establishment of the Global Technical Support Center: In accordance with MESNAC's internationalization requirements, we are establishing a Global Technical Support Center. This center will be responsible for comprehensive establishment and integrated management tasks. The goal is to provide robust technical assistance and support services that help us maintain a competitive edge in the global market.

2.Local Integration and Cultural Development: The selected individual will be accountable for adapting MESNAC's systems, mechanisms, policies, and cultural management practices to suit the local environment in Thailand. This involves establishing a local control team in Thailand that not only embraces the headquarters' culture but also develops a new subculture within the international sphere that aligns with local mores. This initiative is crucial for nurturing talent that resonates with our international aspirations.

3.International Customer Relations and Technical Training: Responsibilities include coordinating with various product divisions to provide pre-sales technical support, sales design, installation, adjustments, and after-sales services to international customers across different countries. Collaboration with these divisions is also key to cultivate specialized professional talent in tire equipment.

4.Global Business Development and Talent Management: The appointee will oversee the market development of the Global Technical Support Center, including building a business team, selecting talent, and managing other integral tasks. This role is pivotal in expanding our global footprint and ensuring we have the right team to excel in an international context.

Requirement
1.cultural identification: candidates must have an appreciation and fondness for chinese culture, demonstrating a willingness to integrate and promote cultural elements in their professional duties.

2.educational background: a bachelor's degree or above is required. candidates with specializations in mechanical, electrical, or tire-related fields will be given priority.

3.language proficiency: fluent in both spoken and written chinese is necessary. proficient listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in thai and english are required.

4.work experience: a minimum of 5 years of experience in the rubber or rubber machinery industry is needed. candidates who have worked in international tire companies or have successfully managed overseas teams will be preferred.

5.competency requirements: candidates must possess strong market development skills. excellent verbal communication abilities and an agile, international mindset are crucial. familiarity with enterprise operation management and execution is required, along with strong foresight, judgment, and decision-making capabilities.
