Qualifications:
- Female, 30-35 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field
- 3-10 years of experience in Occupational Health and Safety
- Good command of spoken and written English (TOEIC score above 500)
- Proficient in computer skills, especially MS Office
- Must be able to drive and have a driver’s license (personal car expenses reimbursable, company car available)
- Able to travel upcountry on assignment
- Seeking a friendly, adaptable individual with strong communication skills
Preferred start date: September 2024

- Develop and maintain the Safety & Health Management program, ensuring compliance with Thai laws and international standards
- Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks
- Design and implement effective safety programs, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate safety programs
- Lead investigations into safety incidents, determining root causes and implementing corrective actions
- Promote a proactive safety culture through regular communication, training, and engagement
- Encourage reporting of safety concerns and near-misses without fear of retribution
