1. Manage accounts receivable, including invoice generation, follow-up on platform payments, and maintenance of accounts.
2. Manage accounts payable, including processing supplier invoices, arranging payments, and maintaining accounts.
3. Responsible for revenue recognition, cost allocation, and other business accounting tasks.
4. Maintain and reconcile accounts for accounts receivable/payable, advance payments, other advance payments, and other accounts.
5. Perform monthly reconciliation between companies to ensure accurate internal transactions.
6. Prepare and process manual accounting entries to ensure accuracy of financial data.
7. Assist in completing month-end closing procedures to timely clear responsibilities.
8. Provide financial data analysis and support for issue resolution with customers and suppliers.
9. Conduct inventory checks to ensure accuracy between accounts and actual stock, and promptly produce inventory reports after checks.
10. Responsible for the recording, inventory, and disposal of fixed assets.
11. Check, print, organize, bind, and archive accounting vouchers.
12. Assist in providing audit materials.
