Legal works
-Draft, review and archive company contracts and legal documents
-Draft and issue POA and application for company project activities
-Legal research and provide up-to-date of new laws and regulations related to company business and interest
-Provide legal opinion on company potential risks and legal issues
- Handle for legal corporate work such as contact DBD to establish a new company, revise authority of director, increase or decrease registered
capital, revise and update shareholder structure etc.
-Attend the court on behalf of company in mediations or litigations
Admin works
-Issue, keep track and record keeping of contracts, lease agreements and leasing operation
-Supervise and assist various company departments in documentation
-Attend meeting and liaise with government or authorities on legal related matters
-Translate legal and company documents from Thai to English or from English to Thai
-Inspect and monitor company business and leasing premises
-Provide secretarial services for company and affiliated companies
-Handle ad hoc assignments

1. Bachelor in law or higher with lawyer 
2. 3-5 years of experience in the legal field.
3. Understanding and able to communicate in regards of contract law, business law, labor law and other law relevant to Court and Arbitration, investment, M&A, and tax law.
4. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with commercial acumen.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Experience in real estate is advantage
7. A team player and a self-starter.
8. Excellent legal and business English. Basic commands of Chinese is a plus.
9. Good command of computer literacy especially in MS Office.
