Responsibilities: - Act as a liaison between the Assistant Regional Business Director and internal/external stakeholders. - Facilitate effective communication within the regional business team. - Track project progress and provide regular updates to the Assistant Regional Business Director. - Coordinate and follow up on action items from meetings and ensure timely completion. - Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required. - Prepare presentations and reports for regional meetings and business reviews. Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval of information. - Manage the daily schedule of the Assistant Regional Business Director, including meetings, travel arrangements, and communications. - Provide financial analysis and reporting as needed. - Occasional travel abroad required. - Perform other duties as assigned. - Undertake other ad hoc assignments as required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a regional or multi-site business environment. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficient in Microsoft (MS) Office Suite. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in Thai, English, Chinese language - Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Familiarity with project management tools and software. - Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Financial industry experience is preferred - Knowledge of regional business dynamics and market trends are preferred What we offer - 12 Days of Annual leave - Provident fund - Social security - Group Health Insurance - Dental insurance - Reimbursement - Yearly Bonus - Free snacks and drinks in the office. - Friendly, International and Dynamic working environment. - Mon - Fri, 9:00-18.00 - Near by BTS and MRT
