Sr.EHS Specialist

1. Safety inspections and rectification of existing issues;
2. Investigation, handling, and management of work-related injuries, and completion status of management improvement measures;
3. Communication and acceptance procedures for the preliminary construction and installation of fire-fighting facilities in the company's newly constructed factory buildings;
4. Understanding the operation, maintenance, and daily management of fire-fighting facilities within the factory;
5、Daily safety and fire inspections, tracking of improvements related to potential hazards; organizing and formulating various types of safety and environmental protection inspections, promptly addressing discovered hazards, keeping records, and tracking feedback;
6. Management of voluntary fire brigades, organization of evacuation drills, fire-fighting exercises, and fire safety training, etc.;
7. Rational assessment of safety and fire layout adjustments involved in workshop renovations, supervision of construction projects for the renovation of relevant fire-fighting facilities, and provision of assessments for adjustments to safety and fire layouts;
8. Safety management of contractors;
9. Annual inspection of special equipment and related content;
10. Responsible for audits and inspections of CSR/environmental safety/fire safety by customers, government agencies, etc.;
11. Implementation of environmental inspections and tracking improvements for non-compliance (including government, customers, third parties, groups);
12. Revision of company safety regulations and updates of safety laws and regulations;
13. Organizing monthly safety culture activities;
14. Establishment and implementation of ISO45001, ISO14001, and ISO14064 GHG systems;
15. Management and inspection of hazardous chemicals (chemicals prone to explosion, narcotics, etc.);
16. Summary of wastewater, waste gas, and waste disposal situations;
17. Summary of noise control situations;
18.Management of X-ray machine radiation (application for permits, third-party annual audits, and regular health management of operators);
19. Regular maintenance of clean production, emergency plans, IPE, green factories, and other systems;
20. Reporting, application, and improvement of various EHS-related systems of the government;
21. Planning and implementation of environmental-related drills, etc.;
22. Establishment and operation of safety standardization systems.
23. Handling of other work tasks assigned by leadership.
