• เพศ ชาย/หญิง อายุ 27-35 ปี • วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขา การจัดการ การบริหารธุรกิจ การตลาด บัญชี หรืออื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องเศรษฐศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง • มีประสบการณ์ตรงในการบริหารองกรค์ในตำแหน่งที่มีลักษณะคล้ายคลึงกัน และอยู่ในอุตสาหกรรม Beauty and Skincare ไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปี • มีประสบการณ์ด้านการตลาด • สามารถใช้โปรแกรม MS Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี • มีทักษะด้านการคำนวณที่ดี • มีความสามารถในการสื่อสาร ทั้งการพูด ฟัง อ่าน และเขียน ภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดี (หากเข้าใจภาษาเกาหลีได้จะรับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ) • สามารถทำงานภายใต้สภาวะกดดันได้ดี • มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ • มีความเป็นผู้นำ • มีน้ำใจทั้งต่อผู้ร่วมงานและผู้อื่น
