Provides supplies by identifying needs for reception, switchboard, mail and kitchen; establishing policies, procedures, negotiating price, quality, and delivery; approving invoices. - Complete special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results - Help supervise the messenger's, maids and ensure smooth-running of incoming and outgoing mails/documents - Operating copy equipment, fax machines, printers or other equipment necessary - To be responsible for the archives management of the company - Assist direct supervisor to arrange the reception. - Responsible for office management, early decoration work and daily maintenance coordination - Responsible for the company document delivery, and transfer the corresponding OA process - Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, reports and other correspondence - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars and coordinate among various parties - Work on the day-to-day operation
- Any gender, prefer female - Bachelor degree in any related filed - At least 2 years of experiences in Administrative role - Can communicate in English and Chinese (Must) - Full-Service mind, good interpersonal skill, able to handle confidentiality - Able to handle pressure and multiple tasks. - Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize Working Hour : Mon-Fri,9am-6pm Location : Lumpini Tower
