Pre Sales (Software)

1. Match the product according to customer needs, form a solution and deliver it.
2. Responsible for tracking and understanding the use of products purchased by customers to ensure that customers actively use our products.
3. Fully understand the business and knowledge related to the industry and products, output product value, and ensure the implementation of product solutions.
4. Continuously maintain customer relationships and improve customer experience, track and solve problems in the process of customer use of products.

Education Background and Experience
1. Computer, e-commerce, software engineering, automotive, marketing and other related majors.
2. More than 3 years of SaaS software service experience
3. Good command in English and Chinese
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to provide advice and solutions to clients.
5. Self-motivated and able to make full use of various resources to achieve goals.
6. Able to adapt to the uncertainty of the start-up stage of the enterprise, and the functional scope of the position will change frequently.

Special Training
1. Product Training at Nanking (China) for 2 months (Company supports all expenses)
