- Market Research: Understanding market needs to find ways to introduce projects to the market and new business opportunities.

- Product Development: Combining customer needs with our knowledge resources to create learning products (such as online courses, workshops, and boot camps) that meet market demands.

- Operations: Collaborating with/ Educating other teams such as Sales/ Marketing/ Finance team to deliver products. Delivering high-quality learning experiences to customers through various online and offline formats.

- Project Management: Managing projects from resource and financial management, revenue and cost analysis to quality control of products introduced to the market.

- Camp Management/Camp Leader: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a camp or summer program, including managing staff, coordinating activities, ensuring camper safety and well-being, and managing resources and finances.

- Partnerships: Creating new business opportunities and collaborating with organizations, educational institutions, or instructors. Managing partner documents/ invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.

- Other tasks assigned

- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, MIS or related field or an MBA.

- A minimum of 0-1 year experience in Business Development , Education Consultant

- Experience in innovation, business analysis, consulting or a related field is a plus.

- Passionate in student counselling or improving education or studying abroad field.

- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

- Good communication skills in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing)
