Job descriptions
1.Approve direct material’s PO in MFGpro system, and follow up the PO approval.
2.Generate purchase order, and destitute to supplier for both local and over sea.
3.Co-ordinate with supplier for the goods delivery to meet timely.
4.Co-ordinate with Import team for alert shipment.
5.Control the delivery to align with inventory level.
6.Correct the goods and destitute to requestor, and feedback supplier for any issues.
7.Prepare the payment documents to Finance, follow up payment slip, collect Tax invoice and Receipt.
8.Supplier evaluation and Improvement.
9.Summary for Purchasing report and other job assigned from manager.
10.Comply with ISO9001 requirements.

1.Male or Female / 30 or above.
2.Bachelor's degree in any related field.
3.Minimum 2 years of Procurement, Purchasing, Understand MRP, and able to monitoring inventory level.
4.Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), ERP system and able to communication in English, chinese is a plus.
5.Work with Prioritized and efficient.
