3 Level : Manager-Senior-Middle What you’ll need: - 1+ years’ experience in relevant performance marketing, e-commerce managers, media planners, or other related roles. - Extremely data-focused, advanced Excel skills and strong data visualization skills - History of demonstrating results via data-driven marketing campaigns - Strong understanding of media landscape - Good communication and client facing skills - Fluent in English What you’ll do: - Strategize and manage online marketing campaigns across all major online marketing channels (Facebook, Google, TikTok, and KOL) for clients across various categories. - Manage and optimize marketplace’s marketing tools such as Shopee Keyword Ads, Discovery Ads, Search Ads, Lazada Search ads and Lazada Affiliate Marketing solutions. - Increase the company’s marketing revenue by cross-selling or up-selling marketing solutions to clients. - Achieve client's objective and allocate budget for media plan. - Hire and manage a team of online marketing analysts to support the team’s growth. - Create reports and provide necessary insights to internal and external teams. - Lead new marketing initiatives and innovation to improve campaign performance and customer retention. - Participate or lead in ad hoc projects across functions.
