Compliance Officer

Responsibilities:
- Advise key stakeholders and ensure all business and internal activities comply with relevant laws, rules, and regulations especially BOT and AMLO
- Coordinate and work closely with business units and relevant regulators to make sure that the company fully comply with relevant rules and regulations
- Ensure all compliance related reports are completed on time as per requirement of local authorities 
- Monitor compliance and reports the impacts of new laws on business and its subsidiaries.
- Review and/or propose improvement of company policies to be aligned with laws, rules, and regulations 
- Analyze legal and compliance risks and provide assessment to the management as relevant
- Lead ad hoc projects or specific tasks as may be assigned from time to time

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years experiences of legal counsel in multinational companies
- Strong knowledge about corporate laws and regulations
- Excellent in English both in writing and speaking
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Must be well organized, and accurate in work
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality about all legal and compliance matter
- Ability to work under pressure and demanding situations
- Experience in Payment industry, Finance is a plus.
- Good connection with government offices related to financial services
