We are looking for a Business Development Manager for our Mineski Thailand office.
● Leading on sales proposals building: including but not limited to the sponsorship plan, prospect lists, and unique pitch components, strategies, and draft activation plans ● Produce all prospecting documents including presentations, proposals, and agency templates for distribution ● Research prospects to discover narratives, brand objectives, KPIs, and personality traits of prospects ● Assist in prospect pipeline management, reporting, and data input of a CRM system ● Keep leadership apprised and updated on all key issues and relevant data associated with pre-sales efforts ● Visiting industry events to spark new ideas for partnerships and connect with prospects. ● Proactively sourcing and selecting new partners across all countries ● Preparation of all wrap-up reports to include context/commentary around the general success or failure of outreach waves and activations ● Research and develop a list of potential sponsors, exhibitors for Mineski's portfolio of events and products ● Evangelize esports and Mineski to brands and agencies Job Requirements - Passion for the gaming and esports industry - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field. - Minimum of 3 (three) years experience as a salesperson/ business development/ account executive. Sales experience in the esports/sports industry, sponsorship, agency, and event handling. - Proven sales record, client acquisition, and maintaining client relationships. - Curious and able to understand client requirements, have good negotiation and persuasive skills - Being able to communicate both verbally and written in English is a MUST, - Able to conduct research on the gaming market and related industry trends will be a plus.
