Finance Manager

Job description
The Finance Manager will be overall responsible for the management of the Finance and Accounting role for Thailand, Vietnam, and Malaysia, including finance, general accounting, cost accounting, tax accounting, financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting and analysis, business strategy and value creation, treasury, ERP (business process and reporting solutions), people management and development, and internal control and compliance.

Ensure that all transactions are properly supported, timely, and accurately recorded in the system
Prepare and submit accurate period-end closing Financial Reports (month, quarter, semi-annual, annual), including necessary analyses & and schedules within the agreed timelines
Ensure Financial Reporting compliance based on Local and International Financial Reporting Standards
Facilitate timely completion of Annual Audited Financial Statements by ensuring that all necessary audit requirements (documents, reports including necessary discussion with external auditors) are provided
Ensure that all transactions are compliant with the approval matrices as set forth by the Regional Corporate Governance
Support the day-to-day operations of the assigned countries covering Invoicing, Collection, and Procuring to Pay related activities ensuring compliance with the prescribed Regional internal processes and procedures
Compliance with tax and other Regulatory bodies as mandated by law in the country of operations
Perform effective risk management and plan the financial strategy 
Perform financial & and cash flow planning and management 
Conduct annual financial budget preparation and subsequent compliance monitoring
Perform other tasks assigned by Management

Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance 
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Detail-oriented and analytical
5 years of extensive experience in performing accounting & finance functions 
Must be well-versed in all aspects of financial management ranging from simple accounting to broad financial operations and investment
