Senior Supply Chain

Qualifications
• Male / Female, Age not over 40 years old.
• Degree level in Business Administration or Logistics field.
• Good command with both written and spoken English.
• At least 3 years experiences in Logistics Function.
• Knowledge of computerized and SAP is preferred.
• Proficient PC skills: MS excel expert level /Word /Power Point.
• Understood of the country of origin and Duty Exemption Form.
• Motivation skills and an ability to handle pressure.
• Well-organized and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effective. (TOEIC 700 up)

This role is to ensure:

• Senior Supply Chian Analyst will receive and ensure the customer order is correct.
• Work directly with Sales team, Regional’s DCs, and CDT Warehouse to maintain flow of engine and power 
 genset products.
• Provide timely and effective support to the whole goods sales team: Engine & Power Genset Team.
- Responsible for ordering base on the customer requirement, record SSA & PO to ensure that meet the 
 RFQ and specific customer demand and manage shipment to align with delivery target, in organization 
 Report to Supply Chain Manager.
- Accountability #1: Fix the core
• Receive PO’s customer and key order into SAP & Power Zone System
• Issue PO and communicate to plant to produce engine and power genset with options to meet customer 
 requirement.
• Monitor the shipments from suppliers, get the shipment as scheduled, to ensure support Sales demand.
• Follow up the shipping document and the shipment via email to ensure can meet delivery schedule 
 through fast and accurate processing of the orders.
• Reduce inventories of engine and power genset and supplies only necessary to meet Sales & Service 
 demands.
- Accountability #2: Accelerate Growth
• Delay shipment, Provision stock will be reduced to achieved monthly target.
• Logistics privilege form (Form E, Form AI, Form D, Thai Flag) will be maintained and valid.
- Accountability #3: Operational Excellence
• Compliance with HR policy, government regulation, employee handbook etc.
• Other tasks or duties as direct supervisor assigned.
- Accountability #4: Build the team.
• Excellent coordinate & communicate skill with Sales & Service Team.
• Supervise and support Sales team to solve the import issue.
