7. Skilled in training and developing sales staff to achieve their goals.
8. Knowledgeable and understanding of online marketing, utilizing online marketing tools effectively, managing marketing budgets efficiently, and maximizing effectiveness.
9. Honest, responsible, and free from any legal or criminal records.
10. Leadership qualities, capable of taking responsibility for the team's performance.
11. Proficient in human resource management psychology.

Salary: Starting from 35,000 baht per month + 5% commission on sales when meeting the company's targets. Salary rate will be determined based on experience and performance. No specific educational requirement or gender preference; emphasis is on experience and vision.
