Job Details • Manage collection activities including making phone-call, repossess, debt restructuring and other possible exit strategies to resolve the unpaid debt • Supervise and conduct debt collection and overdue management in the Department • Leading and managing a team of Debt collection agent. • Being responsible for creating strategic of team’s performance; working systems, quality of KPI, coaching and training. • Ensure that all agents are working effectively and following all technical and company processes as well as ensure that proper notification/ escalation of service activities are followed as related by company policies and partner requirements. • Select, coach, train, instruct, manage, and appraise the performance of Debt collection Agents Team.
• Male, Female • 35 Up • ปริญญาตรี Up • Has 5-10 years of experience in Debt Collection, Collection Manager and overdue management in Leasing/Financial industry. • Positive attitude, pleasant personality hire management excellent interpersonal skills. • Strong leadership and team management. • Bachelor degree or Master in Law / Finance or any related field. • Strong negotiation and can control emotions. • Good in spoken and written English • English resume is require.
