Job description • Manage and maintain the hotel's IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure • Provide technical support to guests and staff for IT-related issues • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems promptly • Install and configure computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings • Monitor network performance and ensure data security and backups • Stay updated with industry trends and recommend technology enhancements • Collaborate with external vendors for IT-related services and supplies • Train staff on basic IT procedures and best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field • Proven IT Supervisor experience • Fluent in English and Thai • Knowledge of hospitality systems is a plus
