Roles & Responsibilities -Lead the development of annual category, channel & POP plan covering assortment, merchandising, pricing, promotion and Trade Spend Framework. -Create a trade promotion strategy to meet business goals, based on given budget and ensure effective implementation and carry out evaluation of in-store national/channel activities -Design local trade marketing activities in line with brand and corporate guidelines to exploit sell out potential -Develop and ensure all POP materials, selling tools, sales presenter and giveaways as well as channel/ customer activities and communication comply to latest marketing plan -Ensure up-to-date category & channel analysis and competitor understanding shared to team- Recommend channel investment plan according to company objectives and priorities and agree with Sales and Marketing -Build in depth understanding of local consumers, shoppers and trade channels and create brand awareness and product visibility at store levels -Review P&L and monitor Financial performance (market share) to ensure results are in line with projections -Sign off cycle plan and sales brief materials
-Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related fields -If having experience in Retail / FMCG business background would be preferable. -Multi-task, cross functional, self-motivation, and positive working attitude -Analytical skill, forward thinking, good problem solving. -Communication and presentation in English will be preferable. -Able to establish strong relationship and interact effectively. -Excellent skills in selling and negotiation and able to work under pressure Location : TIPCO TOWER 1 (Rama6) Working day: Monday- Friday (8.00 - 17.00)
