เจ้าหน้าที่ความปลอดภัยและสิ่งแวดล้อมในการทำงาน (วิชาชีพ) HSE Officer

ความรับผิดชอบ
1. รับผิดชอบในการออกแบบ วางระบบความปลอดภัยและสิ่งแวดล้อมในโรงงาน และดำเนินการตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด รวมถึงการจัดทำโครงการกิจกรรมความปลอดภัยให้พนักงานมีส่วนร่วมและจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมสำนักความปลอดภัย
2. ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามกฎหมายของเจ้าหน้าที่ความปลอดภัยในการทำงานระดับวิชาชีพ
3. ติดตาม ปรับปรุง ประเมิน แผนการทำงานให้สอดคล้องกับกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
4. จัดเตรียมอุปกรณ์ป้องกันอันตรายส่วนบุคคลให้แก่พนักงานพร้อมตรวจสอบการสวมใส่อุปกรณ์ของพนักงานเป็นประจำทุกเดือน
5. ตรวจสอบตู้ดับเพลิง ถังดับเพลิง Fire Alarm ให้อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งานเสมอ
6. อบรมให้ความรู้ด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงานให้แก่พนักงานและผู้รับเหมาและตรวจสอบหน้างาน
7. จัดทำและติดตามรายงานเกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสิ่งแวดล้อมที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อรายงานให้กับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องตามแผนงานและตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด
8. ดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับการขึ้นทะเบียน ใบอนุญาตที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสิ่งแวดล้อมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
9. งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

1. จบวุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีสาขาอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน หรือไม่ต่ำกว่าปริญญาตรีและมีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานและผ่านการอบรมหลักสูตรเจ้าหน้าที่ความปลอดภัยไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี
2. มีประสบการณ์ด้านเจ้าหน้าที่ความปลอดภัยวิชาชีพไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี 
3. มีความรู้ความสามารถด้านกฎหมายความปลอดภัย
4. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้เป็นอย่างดี
5. มีความซื่อสัตย์ ความรับผิดชอบ และตระหนักตื่นตัวด้านความปลอดภัย

1.Responsible for designing and implementing safety and environmental systems in the factory and ensuring compliance with the law, including organizing safety activities to involve employees and promote the safety office.
2.Perform duties according to the law of safety officers at a professional level.
3.Monitor, improve, evaluate, and plan work to comply with relevant laws.
4.Prepare personal protective equipment for employees and regularly inspect employees' use of equipment every month.
5.Check fire cabinets, fire extinguishers, and Fire Alarm to ensure they are in working condition at all times.
6.Provide safety training for employees and subcontractors and inspect the workplace.
7.Prepare and monitor reports related to safety, occupational health, and the environment to report to relevant units as planned and as required by law.
8.Handle registrations and licenses related to safety, occupational health, and the environment.
9.Perform other assigned tasks.

1.Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field, or equivalent, with at least 5 years of work experience and completion of safety officer training courses.
2.Minimum of 1 year of professional safety officer experience.
3.Knowledge and understanding of safety laws and regulations.
4.Proficient in computer usage.
5.Honest, responsible, and safety-conscious.
