The Account Manager role will require you to monitor, analyze and improve the efficiency of a portfolio of hotels/ properties in an area. Primarily, you will be delivering great customer experience across your portfolio by managing quality, timelines and stakeholders. You will play a 3-way role – as a service champion for guests, a business relationship manager for property owners, and an asset manager for internal stakeholders in OYO. What Will You Do at OYO? • Building & Leveraging relations to drive reduced costs, increased take rates & engagement among OYO and hotel partners. • Ensure and provide flawless, upscale, professional and high class Partner service experiences • Analyze Partners’ feedback and provide direction to continuously improve overall hotel ratings and visibility on sales platforms • Account management services by providing them data based insights into current business and improvement areas • Actively listen and resolve partner’s complaints and feedback to improve internal processes • Promote all offers, discounts or any program or scheme which has been rolled out • Coordinate with internal teams, both central and local area for quicker resolution • Handling queries over phone, whatsapp and emails and getting it resolved within the stipulated time What You Will Bring to OYO? • 3 to 7 years of experience in sales/ business development/ account management and partner support • Ability to anticipate potential issues and take preventive or pre-emptive action • Should be able to multitask • Should be proficient in using excel and other data organizing / management tools. • Excellent skills in visualizing data and leading proposal presentations • Should be open to travel to other regions and cities from time to time. • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills • Excellent written and verbal communication in local language and English
